We are Jess and Clayton. High school sweethearts who were married in October 2023. After planning our wedding from scratch for over a year, I became extremely overwhelmed with millions of little details. I noticed it was profoundly difficult to find vendors who provided price lists on their websites, had responsive contacts that treated me as more than just another sale, and most importantly, offered an experience tailored to my specific aesthetics. I have been bartending for high volume restaurants and events for 9 years. After somehow managing to pull off an incredible wedding, we thought to ourselves, “Why not make a business that we wished we had for our wedding day?” So here we are, ready and eager to make your special event as seamless and easy for you as we possibly can. I cant wait to answer all of your questions and become the stress-free bartender of your dreams.

Our Packages

Old Fashioned - 125 guests - $1150:

  • One bartender, no trailer, for up to 125 people of drinking age. No extra cost for minors who just need a little cup of soda.

  • $300 to add on second bartender.

  • Up to 5 hours of active serving time (venue permitting).

  • Event permit/insurance.

  • Soda mixers(coke, diet coke, sprite, soda water), garnishes(lemons, limes, oranges), plastic cups, napkins included.

  • Customized 3-4 cocktail menu and alcohol shopping list.

Straight Up - 100 guests - $500

  • We show up, use your supplies/venue, and party all night long! (or at least 4 hours) Now includes the pop-up bar!

  • Add a “chaser”: For $300, we will supply two cocktails of your choice and everything needed to go with it! This includes liquor, ice, cups, straws, etc. This option is for up to 125 guests.

The Daiquiri - 150 guests - $1500:

  • One Bartender with our converted mobile bar horse trailer.

  • Option to utilize our two keg taps.

  • Same perks as the Old Fashioned package. If the event is within 30 minutes of Dallas, an extra hour is included on the house.

  • Custom sticker party favors!

The Cosmo - 175 guests - $1800:

  • Two Bartenders with our converted mobile bar horse trailer.

  • Up to 6 hours of active serving time (venue permitting). If the event is within 30 minutes of Dallas, an extra hour is included on the house.

  • All other package inclusions.

Event/Vendor Options

Private Cash/Credit Bar - $100 per hour

  • Add bar trailer for $250

  • Unlimited time! Minimum is 3 hours within one hour of Dallas, minimum of 4 hours otherwise.

  • We supply the booze

  • Basic sodas, garnishes and mixers are always included!

Public Event Cash/Credit Bar

  • FREE to show up and do our thing!

  • We will supply everything

  • Per OLCC guidelines, event must have food available for purchase or to give away.

  • All we need is record that this event exists and the okay from the city or county!

Add ons and important information:

Add-ons:

  • Premium choices of flavored syrups/purees/sours - $2PP

  • 3rd bartender - $350 (Recommended for over 200 guests) - additional bar set up included.

  • Champagne Toast - $2PP with flutes, $1PP you supply flutes

  • Ice if not provided by the client - $2PP - free service with alcohol supply upgrade

  • Custom Bride and Groom tees - $50

  • Jell-O shots, you choose the flavors - $2 PP

  • Alcohol Supply - Starting at $5 PP, top shelf starting at $10PP

  • All packages assume a 15% gratuity minimum that must be met. If the event is beer and wine only, it will assume a 10% gratuity minimum. This can be provided by you, the client, or by your guests by allowing cash/Venmo tipping.

  • First 30 miles of travel outside of Dallas are free.

  • A 50% deposit is required within a week of booking. A reminder will be sent on the 8th day and if not paid, the booked date will be forfeited.

  • A 25% refund can be provided for canceling if done three months prior to the event. Any time after, no refund will be issued.

  • Remainder of the payment is due one month before event.
